Design - Rascal

*scarlet-pikachu was ment to enter her Contest... but NEVER DID... and was Explaning what she wanted to make and both my self and ~Rikabelle LOVED the idea of it.

So I did a Stream *scarlet-pikachu told me what to Draw, And This was the Result. We have Named him Rascal and he is a CLOSED Species that now belongs to ~Rikabelle


So Yes he is ~Rikabelle's and Was Designed by *scarlet-pikachu and Drawn By =MizAmy (me)


- Rascal is Blind and the Hair on the end of his Ears Helps him with his Perception and Wind

I think i covered the rest of it on the sheet
